day 1

Day 1
Mid meal: green tea
Lunch: rice+dal+curd
will start following the Anamika diet now :)

  1. definitely add salad / subzi in the mix - important to get enough nutrition from vegetables so you don't end up over-eating (non-brown) rice. Soup is a great way to fill yourself up too. Make some lentil soup (with the full moong dal) or mushroom soup at home. They taste good too! :D

    If you were non-vegetarian, you could have had grilled fish/chicken..but alas! :)
